warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not
guarantee that the Software will be uninterrupted,
error-free, or free of defects. Software bugs,
connectivity issues, data inaccuracies, and service
interruptions may occur.
EPCharts relies on third-party data providers,
exchanges, and APIs that are outside of our control.
Exchange failures, API outages, and data feed
disconnects can and do happen. EPCharts is not
responsible for any losses resulting from such events.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue
any aspect of the Software at any time without notice.
Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes
acceptance of the updated terms.
Privacy Policy
EPCharts collects only the information necessary to
provide and improve the Software. This includes account
registration details such as your name and email
address, as well as usage data to help us diagnose
issues and enhance performance.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information
with third parties except as required by law. Your data
is stored securely and handled in accordance with
applicable data protection regulations.
EPCharts may use cookies and similar technologies for

Software, you consent to such use.
Trading Risk Disclosure
